This unique method gives the beans their characteristic bluish hue and contributes to Indonesia's renowned coffee profile.

The farmers meticulously hand-sort their cherries and process them in personal micro-mills before employing this traditional technique. Despite the challenges of rough terrain and unpredictable weather, GARMINDO's strong partnership with local warehouses and SAG ensures these exceptional beans reach the global market efficiently, creating sustainable livelihoods for these farming families.
