This coffee is sourced from Cafe del Macizo, a cooperative of 59 lifetime growers in the countryside municipality of Planadas, Tolima. Since 2003, these farmers have collaborated to produce high-quality coffee and share their knowledge and resources. The lush landscape of the foothills of Cordillera Central, with its beautiful mountains, provides the perfect setting for their coffee production.
